Quality Control
Every aspect of the construction process incorporates quality control measures to ensure excellence. At each stage, thorough inspections are conducted on every component, strictly adhering to precise specifications and codes. Efficient scheduling, coordinated trades, and well-planned construction sequences are implemented to optimize quality control. The utilization of modular buildings offers the advantages of standardized components and installation labor, further enhancing quality control throughout the entire product.
Reliable Timeframe
We take pride in providing a reliable timeframe for our scheduling. By constructing the modular buildings offsite at our manufacturing facility, we ensure efficient and timely completion. This approach allows for concurrent site preparation while the building is being constructed, enabling you to occupy your new modular building promptly and with confidence.
STRUCTURE
Our engineer-designed steel chassis comes equipped with integrated crane lifting points, ensuring convenience and efficiency during construction. The structural timber wall and roof system, fortified with plywood bracing on all perimeter walls, ensures robustness and stability. To enhance durability, all steel work is coated to provide optimal protection against environmental elements. With our reliable structural bases, we lay a solid foundation for your project's success.
Transport
The modular buildings are designed to be structurally independent, allowing for easy transportation. These buildings are compatible with a range of transport trailers, which are utilized to deliver them to the desired site. Depending on the specific requirements, some deliveries necessitate trailers equipped with self-unloading capabilities, allowing the buildings to slide off onto the designated footings. In other cases, the buildings are lifted off the trailers using cranes and placed onto preinstalled footings.
